When booking a tour with TravelChina.com, a binding contract is established once you confirm your tailor-made itinerary and remit the initial deposit. All travel details, payment schedules, and tailored inclusions will be explicitly documented in your official Travel Proposal.
2. Payment & Currencies
All tour prices are quoted in USD or major international currencies (EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD). Payments can be securely made via international wire transfer, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), or secure online gateways. Balance payments are typically due 30 days prior to your arrival date in China.

For travelers utilizing China's 144-Hour / 240-Hour Visa-Free Transit facility, our team will provide official itinerary itineraries and lodging verification documents to present to airline personnel and Chinese immigration inspection.
4. Travel Insurance & Safety Guarantee
TravelChina maintains comprehensive commercial liability insurance. However, personal travel medical and trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for all international visitors.
